With Gossip Girl’s metropolitan setting, the cast members get a chance to hang out in the Big Apple practically every day.  And yesterday (July 30), Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were all about making the

most of their NYC surroundings.

The on-screen and off-screen lovers were spotted posing for the paparazzi as they walked hand-in-hand through the Meatpacking District of Manhattan.
