Looking to have sobered up from quite the eventful previous day, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was spotted leaving the “Jersey Shore” house in Seaside Heights, New Jersey on Saturday (July 31).

Wearing a big smile on her face, the MTV reality babe was joined by Dina Nicole as she strutted past paparazzi in what was the first sighting since being released from jail yesterday following her arrest for disorderly conduct.

on the beach, reports tell that Miss Polizzi became quite lippy with the arresting officers.

According to NY Daily News reports, Snooki yelled out, “You can’t tell me what to do - I’m Snooki. Do you know who I am? I’m f—ing Snooki. You can’t do that to me - I’m f—ing Snooki. You guys are going to be sorry for that - release me!”
